The Plank Challenge!
Start (Day 1): Hold the plank position for 10 seconds.
Progression: Every day add an additional 5-10 seconds on your plank!
Goal: Achieve a 3 minute or more plank by March 31st!
Tip: Video record yourself completing the plank every day! Watch your form afterwards to see where you can improve!
In our FitGirls classes the challenge officially begins Monday March 4th! Every week we will challenge the girls to strengthen their "planking" (core) muscles to help improve their plank time. We do not just want the girls to achieve a 3 minute plank, we want the 3 minute plank to be EASY for them!
